“This is one of the awesome purple beard orchids growing near my back door. I took this shot after a long night-shift when I first got home. Taking a quick walk through the bush is the best way to unwind after a hard shift,” he said. “I love day break and the beginning of a new day; this was a few minutes after sunrise. My trusty little Fuji captured this picture.”
