Cradle of life
This week’s reader photo of Cradle Mountain, Tasmania, was captured by William Patino.
“At first light, the entire valley was covered in fog with only the peak of Cradle prevailing,” says William. “It was an incredible sight to behold but after the sun had completely come up the wind changed and in less than a minute the fog had vanished. I called out to my friend Zach to hold still as I kept him in the frame for some scale. Without a doubt this is one of the most beautiful parts of Australia.”
